In my professional opinion, No. It should not be. There are only 2 types of homes nin Texas. Those that have termitres, those that will eventually have them. So what. Its fixable. Luckily for you, Im certified, licensed and regulated by Texas Department of Agriculture, Structural Pest Services. I can do the treatment and back it up with a 10,year warranty. Problem Solved.
